TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Glamping experiences are an overnight rental. Tent(s) will be set up by 3pm (unless otherwise requested) and will be picked up the following day after 10am.

Reservation Payment

Reservation date is not secured until deposit payment of $100 is received to save the date. The remaining balance will be remitted 7 days before reservation date.

Reschedule Policy

Deposit payments are non-refundable unless notified of cancellation 14 days prior to reservation date. A full credit can be applied to a new date if notified at least 7 days before the reservation date. If cancellation is requested within 7 days of reservation date, customer forfeits deposit and will be charged the remaining balance of reservation total. Backyard Glamping reservations can be rescheduled due to severe weather (heavy wind and rain, thunder and lightning) or poor air quality. Reschedule dates are based on availability.
